Pirates mourn passing of longtime scout
Longtime Pirates scout Elmer Gray died Monday at the age of 91. He began working with the Pirates in 1984 and helped build the playoff teams of the early 1990s. Prior to joining the Pirates, Gray was a member of the Reds organization.
