Astros’ 100th win keeps Sox’s magic number 1

Unable to get the big hit in the late innings, the Red Sox remained stuck in their quest to win the American League East, taking a 3-2 loss to the Astros on Friday night at Fenway Park. The Astros’ victory marked the second time in club history that Houston has reached the 100-win plateau.
