Trout misses 2nd straight start with stiff neck
Mike Trout was out of the Angels’ starting lineup for a second consecutive game on Tuesday night due to neck stiffness, but the 26-year-old center fielder said he’s feeling better and is hoping to return for Wednesday’s series finale against the A’s.
