‘Toe’ putting best foot forward with Starlin out

The Yankees are patiently awaiting the return of everyday second baseman Starlin Castro, who was batting .307 with 12 home runs before a hamstring injury landed him on the DL in late July. But Ronald Torreyes is making it difficult for manager Joe Girardi to take him out of the everyday lineup.
