Rangers place Gallo on 7-day concussion DL

The Rangers on Tuesday announced that they have placed infielder/outfielder Joey Gallo on the seven-day concussion list, effective Tuesday. To take the injured Gallo’s place on the active roster, the club has recalled infielder Phil Gosselin from Triple-A Round Rock.
