Hefner injury could require second Tommy John

Mets right-hander Jeremy Hefner, who had been recovering from August 2013 Tommy John surgery on his right elbow, announced Monday that he has a stress fracture in the ulna bone of the same elbow and will require another Tommy John procedure.
