With RBI single, Beltre 3 hits shy of 3,000

Rangers third baseman Adrian Beltre inched closer to 3,000 career hits Friday night at Globe Life Park. After grounding out in his first at-bat, he hit a broken-bat RBI single off Orioles starter Chris Tillman with no outs in the third inning, giving him 2,997.
