Is playoff re-seeding a possibility for NFL in future?

With a 4-7 team leading the NFC South, questions about a division winner hosting a playoff game with a losing record have resurfaced. NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reports that the Competition Committee will discuss it this offseason, but will any change happen?
