Fall League observations: Montas brings heat but hits bumps

White Sox prospect Francellis Montas hit 98 mph three times in his final Arizona Fall League start on Wednesday, but he turned in his worst outing of the season while being outdueled by Astros top pitching prospect Mark Appel, who had little trouble outside of facing Dodgers outfield prospect Scott Schebler.
