Dodgers make $15.3M qualifying offer to Hanley

The Dodgers extended a $15.3 million qualifying offer to free-agent shortstop Hanley Ramirez on Monday. By extending the offer, the Dodgers are assured of receiving a supplemental Draft pick if Ramirez signs with another club. Ramirez can accept the offer by Nov. 10 and be a signed Dodger for 2015, or can decline and remain a free agent.
