Cubs deal Bonifacio, Russell to Braves for prospect
The Cubs dealt left-handed reliever James Russell and infielder Emilio Bonifacio to the Braves on Thursday in exchange for 20-year-old catching prospect Victor Caratini, who was batting .279 at Class A Rome.
