Cards land Lackey, give up Kelly and Craig

Shortly after trading away left-hander Jon Lester, the Red Sox made a deal Thursday to send fellow starter John Lackey to the Cardinals. The Red Sox will receive right-hander Joe Kelly and outfielder Allen Craig.
