Injury roundup: Dee Milliner (ankle) out for Jets

The New York Jets are again without Dee Milliner. The former first-round pick exited Sunday’s game against the Denver Broncos after suffering a right ankle injury during a first-quarter field-goal attempt by Brandon McManus.
