First-pitch changeup: McCarver throws to Gibson

Longtime Cardinals great and FOX broadcaster Tim McCarver threw out the ceremonial first pitch before Game 3 of the NLDS on Monday night. In a switch, the catcher was delivering to his former battery mate, the legendary Bob Gibson.
