Having failed to make several good opportunities count, England managed to win away to Iceland in the UEFA Nations League on Saturday, courtesy of a 90th-minute penalty by Manchester City’s Raheem Sterling. Iceland had an even later penalty awarded, but Birkir Bjarnason missed the target.
