Oilers sign forward Tkachev to three-year contract
The Edmonton Oilers announced today, they have signed winger Vladimir Tkachev to a three-year entry level contract.
Tkachev, 18, has appeared in three preseason games with the Oilers, posting three assists and a plus three rating.
