Riley: Hurts hasn’t won Sooners’ top QB job yet

Sooners coach Lincoln Riley says transfer Jalen Hurts has been both smart and eager but hasn’t yet won Oklahoma’s starting quarterback job over talented freshmen Tanner Mordecai or Spencer Rattler.
