Quentin heading to DL; Gyorko coming off
Jason Lane will be recalled to start for the Padres in place of Ian Kennedy in Sunday’s series finale against the Braves, Brooks Conrad will be sent down, Carlos Quentin will be placed on the DL and Jedd Gyorko will come off the DL.
