Tiger, girlfriend named in wrongful death lawsuit

The family of Nicholas Immesberger is suing Tiger Woods, The Woods restaurant, and Woods’ girlfriend and restaurant manager Erica Herman, alleging that Immesberger, a bartender at The Woods, was over-served alcohol on the night he died in a car crash.
