Bucs GM defends picking 2nd kicker in 4 drafts

Despite getting burned after trading up to pick kicker Roberto Aguayo in the second round in 2016, the Buccaneers decided to spend a fifth-round pick on Utah kicker Matt Gay in this year’s draft.
