Phils’ Kapler asks fans to honor plane crash victim

Phillies manager Gabe Kapler asked fans Friday to do something positive to honor Matt Vecere, a fan of the team who was killed aboard an Ethiopian Airlines flight that crashed Sunday. Vecere was heading to the United Nations Environment Assembly.
