Sources: MLB, union agree to 1 trade deadline

A single trade deadline and an All-Star Game Election Day will be implemented beginning this season as part of a deal reached between Major League Baseball and the players union, sources tell ESPN’s Jeff Passan. The changes will be announced Thursday.
