NTSB: Pilot averted disaster in U-M plane mishap

Investigators said Thursday the decision to abort the takeoff of a plane carrying the University of Michigan basketball team in 2016 might have prevented a disaster. A jammed part prevented pilots from tilting the nose upward during takeoff.
