Veteran lefty J. Garcia announces retirement

Jaime Garcia is calling it a career. The 32-year-old veteran left-hander, who pitched 10 seasons in the big leagues and won a World Series ring with the Cardinals, announced his retirement during a press conference on Wednesday.
