Busy Brewers acquire Gio, Granderson
The Brewers were busy ahead of the deadline to pick up players and have them eligible for potential postseason play, acquiring lefty starter Gio Gonzalez, outfielder Curtis Granderson and lefty reliever Xavier Cedeno in separate trades.
